Happy Holidays Gentlemen
Dear Gentlemen!
We have come to the end of Semester 1 - 20 weeks of learning, journeying and lots of sharing.
I have thoroughly enjoyed Semester 1 with ALL of you - everyone of us bringing a special something into 5 Kindness.
I know all of you are anxious for 2 things:
1) How did I fare for my Mid-Year Exams?
and
2) Is there homework?
Results will be released to you on the first day of school, 28 June 2010.
Well the good news is I only need you to finish your Challenging English up till Unit 18.
Please also revise the comprehension techniques that we have gone through throughout Semester 1
- The basic 5 W 1 H Questions
- The refer to Questions
- The word/phrase/sentence Questions
- The EXPLAIN clearly/fully Questions
Also please go through your SPEAK WELL with your parents or siblings or friends and attempt it as if you are taking the exams.
Lastly, find the time to read through your OWN compositions that we have done this semester and make changes to them so that you have your very own MASTERPIECE. :)
In the meantime, spend as much time as possible with the family.
Do also posts your thoughts, pictures and videos of your holidays, excursions or ANYTHING up on the blog. This is YOUR blog, don't forget.
God Bless All of you.
